Committee Meeting

Saturday 3rd October 2020 12pm 

at the communal area near the shop

 

This will be the first committee meeting to be held since the AGM on Sunday 27th September and there are likely to be big changes to the way that the association and site are run.

 

In particular, we may no longer have a site secretary and the job may be broken down into smaller tasks for different volunteers or groups of volunteers, spreading the workload and involving more of our talented members! 

 

The committee will need to appoint a vice-chair, minutes secretary and treasurer, and, possibly, officers to deal with security, maintenance, notices to quit, lettings, council liaison, equipment maintenance, the shop, social activities, communications and new projects.

This is a great opportunity to get involved and help run our allotment site. All allotment holders are welcome to attend. 

We will comply with current Covid 19 regulations:

a) Everyone will sit at least 2 meters apart.

bI The meeting will take place outside under cover.

b) Masks are strongly encouraged - please wear one if you are attending.

c) Sanitiser is available and should be used.

d) Please avoid physical contact/handshaking etc.

e) Everyone attending will be asked to provide contact details
